I am the founder of Thrive Tai Chi. My martial arts journey began in childhood, and over the years, I have had the honor of teaching Recon Marines, Navy SEALs, law enforcement, and other governmental agencies. My students have come from all walks of life, ranging in age from three to eighty years old. Beginners and practitioners with more than 30 years of experience.
